TENDER NOTICE
The Government Human Resource Services Company Limited (GHRS) is inviting bids from interested parties for the Sale via Auction of the following printers located at the Company’s premises.

- All interested parties are asked to visit the premises on any working day between July 11th and 25th during the hours of 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. to view the printers.
- The printers will be sold ‘as is’ with No warranty implied and the successful bidder will be responsible for moving the printers off the premises.
- The bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to:

Level 2, 6-6A Saddle Road
Maraval
and clearly marked:
“BID FOR COMPANY PRINTERS”
- The envelope must be submitted to the above address no later than 4:00 pm on Thursday 26th July, 2012.
- GHRS is not bound to accept the lowest or any bid and reserves the right to withdraw any or all items from auction at any time. Neither does the Company take liability for any costs incurred by anyone in the preparation of their bid.
- All items must be collected within 5 working days of paying. If not picked up within the specified timeframe, GHRS shall charge a daily storage fee. Items may be collected between the hours of 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Any further information can be obtained between the hours of 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at 629-4477 ext. 234.
LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
